Leslie S. Aburamen, 66, of Hilo died Aug. 16 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was an insurance agent with Atlas Insurance Co., fisherman and golfer, member of Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Born Losers and Sportsmen golf clubs, and former member of the Hawaii Island Contractors Association. Alexander “Alex” Ishitaro Alcosiba, 82, of Mountain View died Aug. 25 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Larry Akio Kagimoto, 74, of Kurtistown died July 16 at home. Born in Hilo, he was retired from Hawaii Electric Light Co. Private services held. Edward “Eddie” George Ku, 55, of Waimea died Aug. 3 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Honokaa, he was an entertainer with Tihati Productions and director service assistant for The Arc of Kona.
